Returns and Refunds Policy

Our Return and Refund Policy:

All payments to be made in favour of NTITY MANAGEMENT NETWORK.  As the services offered by the Company are non-tangible hence no refunds are entertained, except in case of

1. When the payment has been made in excess, or by error, or no services provided within 30 days of payment being made.
2. In case of excess payment, refund shall be only to the extent of excess payment.
3. When agreed by the company and confirmed through email.

However in all other case not covered above, the customer may complain and contact the admin manager at admin@grimsbycertifications.com explaining the reasons for further review.
